ForPOS are looking for an Administrator to join their exciting and rapidly growing company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Ensure that all incoming enquiries (telephone and email) are dealt with in a professional and efficient way.
  • General administrative duties across all departments including filing, mailbox management and reports
  • Support the complete sales process – raise sales orders on Sage 200 – print despatch notes, check on delivery status and managing RMA processes where necessary.
  • Ensure the website is kept up to date and manage the creation of additional content
  • To ensure that all marketing materials (campaigns & news) are utilised across all platforms (as required).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Experience of Sage 50 / 200
  • Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
  • Must have good attention to detail.
  • Ability to focus on your own work and work as part of a team
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of computer hardware and widely used software packages, such as Microsoft Office
