The Posiflex WT-3007A is a true hybrid POS terminal, this compact Android-based 7” tablet is a light-weight form factor with a second 4.3” customer-facing screen, 2D QR code barcode scanner, NFC reader, built-in printer, and supporting 3G/4G. It offers connectivity for USB and RJ12, and a CR port to connect with your existing peripherals to become a compact desktop POS terminal. Drivers and utilities can be found here.
